Artist event for Lions at Large

I was asked to talk at the Lions at Large artist event about my experience painting my lion sculpture "Zale". Around 50 artists joined us for the event which included Anoushka from the hospital, Annie from Wild in Art and Carrie from the hospital charity. It was an information rich event, I’m so excited to see the other sculptures that will join the trail!!

Anoushka spoke about the amazing Big Cancer Appeal and how she is involved. She explained how all the money raised from the lions at large project will go to the appeal. Anoushka also spoke about her role within the hospital as the arts coordinator.

Carrie from Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospital charities who is managing the lions at large project also spoke about what to expect when applying.
