Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2 - 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 3 working days using Royal Mail or Evri standard delivery  (2 - 4 days) A flat rate shipping fee of £2.99 applies to orders shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £2.99 flat rate shipping. If your order is over £80 shipping is free. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside of the UK

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. You can view a full returns policy on the website.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at artist@christinasadler.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
